Brandon Architects in collaboration with Patterson Custom Homes has designed this charming coastal home located in the Flower Streets of Corona Del Mar, a seaside neighborhood in the city of Newport Beach, California. This traditionally styled home is nestled on a corner lot, featuring a color palette of soft white and coastal blues throughout.
Boasting 2,872 square feet of indoor living space and an additional 600 square feet of outdoor living space, there are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a two-car garage. This dwelling also features a roof deck and rooftop cabana, a courtyard, elevator and laundry room.

What We Love: This charming coastal home maximizes space throughout with its brilliant floor plan. The design team made full use of the property by blurring the lines between indoors and out, creating a light and airy feel. We are especially loving the spacious enclosed backyard area off the kitchen for dining al fresco, perfect for entertaining!
Tell Us: What details do you find most appealing in the design of this home and why in the Comments below, we love reading your feedback!
