Equipped with a privileged location, in the attic of a downtown building, this cozy apartment in Madrid is organized and decorated to accommodate a couple in a bright, sophisticated and refreshing environment. The architect, Charlie Diaz, opted for an aesthetic loft. The white walls dominates throughout, bold punches of color adds visual interest. Oak flooring stained in Wenge, as well as the use of novel materials, such as polished, black cement in the shower and white in the kitchen wall adds warmth to the home. The dwelling is comprised of 968 square feet (90 square meters) distributed into two levels with living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The upper part consists of a charming bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. A ladder leads to a roof terrace equipped with a mat, many cushions and Moroccan details, a chill out area for the owners to relax and take in the city views. Via
