luxurious-urban-farmhouse-exterior

Justin Doyle Homes is responsible for the design of this luxurious urban farmhouse, an entertainer’s delight both indoors and out, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The main level encompasses an open plan layout centered around cathedral ceilings within the great room. There is also a gorgeous chef’s kitchen and a covered terrace. On the lower-level you will find a sunken home theater, wine cellar and plenty of space to host overnight guests.

This home boasts the perfect mix of cozy, luxury and features clean lines and bold finishes throughout. The exterior facade features hardie board board and batten siding along with beautiful black framed windows from Pella Windows and Doors. The soffit lighting highlights each gable perfectly and shaping the perfect farmhouse.

What We Love: This luxurious urban farmhouse offers its inhabitants gorgeous living space to enjoy with guests, both indoors and out. An inviting exterior facade draws one into this home, where an open layout offers a harmonious flow from one space to the next. We are loving how the screened porch is just off the study, the perfect spot to take a break or relax at the end of your workday.

What a hot mess! Illogical massing, a roof that must have made the poor guys trying frame it insane, and timbers HUNG from the structure versus being structural, and every surface treatment option known, used.
