On the interior, you are met with an open and airy atmosphere and harmonious flow courtesy of soaring ceilings and wide arches. Contributing to this home’s sophisticated aesthetic are applied moldings, color drenching, and thoughtfully selected light fixtures.
An array of black-framed windows and doors, complemented by dark wood ceiling beams, provides a striking contrast and texture to the otherwise neutral color scheme — dominated by bright whites and soft creams, highlighted with pale wood cabinetry, shelving, and flooring.
Opulent stone selections, such as Calacatta Monet, a rare black soapstone, and a distinctive Belgian indoor-outdoor stone, form an elegant backdrop. The hand-scraped hardwood flooring evokes old-world European charm, while custom cabinetry, metal accents, and handmade tiles infuse the living spaces with visual interest and character.
Contemporary amenities mix with traditional architectural elements to ensure the home is both functional and visually appealing. Notable examples include the owner’s bathroom, which features white-honed marble, and a boutique walk-in closet with custom shelves and cabinets created by California Closets.
