The owners of this residence desired a modern home, yet without the stark feeling typically associated with this style. Natural materials were integrated throughout the interior, such as a wood ceiling pattern to enhance the feeling of coziness and livability of the home, in addition to stone and other natural materials that will provide an interesting textural experience.
Above: This home features a dual entry system: a formal entrance through the front door (pictured above) and a hidden entry from the garage. The secret entry includes a shoe bench, butler’s pantry, laundry room, and organizing station, conveniently located next to the kitchen. This dual system allows guests to enter the home formally while keeping chaos and clutter to a minimum in the kitchen and main living areas.

This dwelling boasts numerous communal spaces perfect for dinners and movie nights. Alongside the stunning open living room, there is a cozy enclosed TV room with easily accessible blinds to create the ideal movie night ambiance.
When the owners moved into their home they filled the place with art. This ended up adding plenty of character and pops of color.
