Lambert Ranch Trail-Duet Design Group-01-1 Kindesign

This sophisticated textural estate was designed by Duet Design Group, in collaboration with Woodley Architectural Group, located on Lambert Ranch Trail in Sedalia, Colorado. Stone walls and wood clad ceilings characterizes much of the interiors of this beautiful rustic contemporary dwelling. The designers carefully curated all the material elements, furnishings and accessories throughout the home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create visually pleasing spaces that are open and inviting.

Above: In the kitchen, the designers thoughtfully selected light fixtures, paint colors and everything in-between. This helped to contribute to the overall balance of this space, generating a kitchen with excellent flow and function. The light fixtures over the island were sourced from Illuminations by Design, based in Littleton, Colorado. The island measures 12’9″ x 5’0″.

FYI: The wood flooring in the great room is 5 inch plank — Antiqued Brushed Oak Boulder, sourced from Kentwood Floors.

Above: The doors and windows throughout this home were sourced from Pella Products. The windows are iron clad on the exterior and wood painted black on the interior. The doors are an iron stack-able system.

Above: The master bedroom retreat feels serene and airy thanks to a light color palette. The paint color selected for this space is Benjamin Moore — Deep in Thought AF-30. The walls, trim and ceilings throughout this home were painted in the same hue, maintaining harmony. The fireplace has a pre-cast surround from the flat mantel surface down. Above the mantel is a drywall build-out.
