This luxurious mountain retreat was designed by Tate Studio Architects, nestled among the beautiful pine trees and the nearby golf course in Flagstaff, Northern Arizona. Boulders bordering the path to the home’s entry tie into the home’s stone siding, lending a natural feel that continues throughout the home.
The great room’s interior is wrapped in Douglas fir siding, interrupted only by the stone cladding used on the fireplace and the columns that support the soaring ceiling and tall windows that invite the pine trees in. Deep brown custom millwork and pearl-white marble countertops create clean lines in the kitchen. Leather barstools introduce a more natural texture to the room.
