Designed to be a destination gathering spot for extended family, this dwelling provides the ultimate combination of tranquility, modern luxury, and privacy.
It is designed to sleep and entertain many, with soaring ceilings, a full-featured recreation room with bar, media, and billiards, a bunk room, two terraces with a fire pit and hot tub, a ski boot room with custom lockers, and plenty of other wonderful features. Encompassing 5,759 square feet of sumptuous living space, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms with two half bathrooms.

A fresh take on a traditional mountain home, the design features a mix of native materials from Tahoe with painted wood finishes, contemporary fenestration, and custom detailing. The home feels bright, spacious, and has an incredible connection with its natural setting.
The open great room with its exquisite vaulted barn wood ceilings and media room are perfect for entertaining in style. Wide plank wood floors, state-of-the-art lighting, top-of-the-line wolf and sub-zero appliances, and premium fixtures make this warm and inviting dwelling a masterpiece.
