The owners of this cottage-style home were focused on nurturing their minds and bodies with a combined series of rooms that promote movement, relaxation, reflection, and play.
Features include wellness spaces like a steam room, a sauna with a Himalayan salt wall, and a yoga room. Hospitality is a hallmark of the owners’ lifestyles. An abundance of southern light floods the main and lower entertaining spaces via expansive windows and doors, which include a lower-level walkout with a golf simulator, game room, catering kitchen, and pool and lakeside alfresco dining.

An underground target range located under the driveway was repurposed as a wine cellar for the home.
What We Love: This dreamy lakeside home offers its inhabitants an inviting atmosphere to enjoy family living and entertaining. The project team did a fabulous job of maximizing indoor-outdoor living spaces that capture tranquil water views. We are loving the crisp and clean design aesthetics of the kitchen and the beautifully designed living room with its sliding glass doors that open out to a spacious patio overlooking Lake Minnetonka.
