Rustic home in Georgia Mountains inspired by Southern Living Magazine

Dillard-Jones Builders custom designed this stunning mountain home located at Currahee Club on Lake Hartwell near Toccoa, Georgia. The residence is nestled on a beautiful property overlooking Hole #17, the Quarry Hole, on Currahee Club’s Jim Fazio designed, Rolex World’s Top 1000 Golf Course. The overall design of this dwelling was inspired by the pages of Southern Living Magazine and the North Georgia Mountains. Its elegant-rustic design flows throughout the entire residence, with interiors by SH DESIGNS. This is a Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home.

At 1,200 breathtaking acres, Currahee Club offers some of the finest real estate in North Georgia. The master-planned community features golf course, lake, and mountain homes on unique lots shaped by their natural surroundings.

Above: The exterior siding and trim paint color is Dapper Tan and the trim color is Black Fox, both by Sherwin Williams. The siding is Hardie Plank, while the roof is Weathered Wood by Certainteed. The stone used was Keowee Fieldstone with Grey Mortar Joint by 3 River Stone. The timbers are Dark Walnut from Minwax.
