This comfortable and elegant home is designed by Dillard-Jones Builders, nestled in the mountains as part of The Cliffs Valley Community, in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Designed specifically to the lot and view, the floor plan allows one to comfortably and seamlessly move from room to room. The covered entry way on the front of the home is unique having a small walking bridge that leads to the front steps. The exterior elements add to the natural setting without disrupting the serene environment.

The interior of this elegant home captures all the elements of contemporary mountain living. From the wood ceilings and floors, to the wall of custom book shelves and metal turn-buckles in the library, and the custom suspended stair case in the foyer; this open main level allows for the grandeur to the design with natural light flowing in from all the windows.

Love how tranquil and softly this house speaks. It is refreshing not to have cold grey walls and stark white moldings. The combination of wood beams, ceilings, floors and balance of sheet rock meld together perfectly. I will incorporate this style and color combinations into a home we have just purchased. My goal is a soft, relaxed, home with quality and country elegance in our pine forest home of Texas.
Please let me know what paint and colors you have used on walls, moldings and accents.
Very nice home.
