Gabled stone facade with cantilevered roof shading a wall of black-framed windows

The center of the home, comprising the kitchen, dining, and living areas, opens onto a back patio with expansive sliding doors and sweeping views of the property and surrounding mountains.

Covered patio with board-formed concrete column overlooking meadow and Adirondack chairs

Wood floors and ceilings, paired with floor-to-ceiling windows, create a continuous flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Board-formed concrete accents create impact and define each area, allowing the home to feel both expansive and intimate.

A Sculptural Entryway

Every room in Lake Creek Meadows is built to highlight the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the scenery, while modern, earth-toned finishes draw the gaze outward, creating a home that frames the surrounding landscape.

What We Love About This Home

This single-level home is a study in restraint, where stone, wood, and board-formed concrete create a visually striking contrast of textures. The four-wing layout wraps around a central living space, so the home feels private without losing its open, connected feel. Most of all, we love how every room is oriented to frame the Sawtooth Mountains, turning the landscape itself into the home’s best feature.
