With four young children and one parent working from home, functionality and organization were top priorities in every design decision. The homeowners desired a modern design with a high-contrast color palette and ample designated spaces for play, entertaining, and quality time together.

Since the owners moved to the area to be closer to family, they frequently host guests for meals or movie nights. Blending high-end architectural design with resort-style amenities, this 7,264-square-foot, seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence is a family dream home. The main and upper-level living space includes 4,951 square feet, featuring a double-story great room with a vaulted ceiling, large stone-wrapped gas fireplaces, and a dedicated bedroom level.

On the expansive walk-out basement level, there is 2,313 square feet of finished living space. Built over a heavy-duty 9-foot-plus foundation concrete pour, it includes daylight/egress windows, a built-in sump pump, and fully integrated concrete drain tiling to prevent moisture.

The home contains a total of 27 distinct rooms tailored for entertaining, privacy, and health:
• Bedrooms (7 Total): Includes a private, luxury primary suite, several guest suites, and a custom built-in bunk room optimized for hosting multiple guests or children.
