A stunning net zero home designed to live large in New York State

contemporary-home-exterior

Designed by Witt Construction, this unique property in Saratoga Springs, New York is the builderโ€™s personal home that he created to show how a smaller house can live big in an urban neighborhood. The builder selected a classic carriage house exterior style with an indoor twist: a contemporary โ€œeuro freshโ€ interior.

This dwelling encompasses 3,662 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The main level flows with an open-style kitchen-dining room-family room. Continue below to see the rest of the tour along with the floor plans!

So well done and inspiring, especially net zero in a traditional envelope. Terrific!

Absolutely love the design and layout. This first kitchen picture is beautiful. I personally would want a splash if color. I would have chosen lights over the island with color. Love all the windows throughout the home. The wine room would drive me crazy. I have about 25 bottles of wine and have difficulty choosing which one to open. Another beautiful Witt design.
