The residence is a testament to creativity, ingenuity, and sophistication, presenting a contemporary interpretation of traditional forms. Notable features include abundant glass, pocket doors, wood siding, and stone accents, contributing to the home’s distinctive aesthetic.

This 7,850 square-foot home is a masterpiece embracing the essence of the land on 1.2 private acres with 110 feet of lake frontage. The master suite is set apart from the home, accessed via an enclosed bridge, with views and privacy in mind. An in-ground pool with an infinity edge creates a poetic visual connection from the contemporary estate to Lake Tahoe.

Meridith Baer Home was responsible for the interior decoration of this mountain modern design with cutting-edge elements and contemporary finishes. There are five lake view bedroom suites including a dedicated bunk room and a separate in-law wing over a three-car garage, with plenty of space for hosting overnight guests.

A fresh take on traditional forms with an abundance of glass, Infiniti doors, and gorgeous design contrasts within wood and stone accents. A panorama room and master wing are accessed via a glass sky bridge with office and flex space.

What We Love: This lakefront mountain house offers tranquil panoramic views over a stunning pristine cove. Large windows throughout this home help to maximize the views from luxuriously appointed living spaces. Sleek lines and unique design features make this home perfect for both living and entertaining. We are especially loving the stunning living room, with its soaring ceilings, stone-clad fireplace, and wall of disappearing glass to an outdoor patio.
