The builders masterfully devised a 5,100 square foot layout to comfortably reside on this compact property. There are a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms and even room to spare a 16-foot tall sport court

Inside this fabulous dwelling you will find plenty of eye-catching details, including a custom-crafted steel stringer open staircase with cable rails, steel posts, and 3.5 inch-thick wide oak stair treads. On the main level, Marvin Bi-Fold Doors help to extend the living area into the Phantom screened-in porch, blurring the boundaries between indoors and out.

The entire design of this goregous modern mountain home was based around the serene views of the lake. With an additional private rooftop balcony, the future homeowners will be able to enjoy endless views of Lake Minnetonka all year round!
