Mark P Finlay Architects are responsible for the complete renovation of this contemporary penthouse located in Marco Island, Florida. Set high above the sprawling ocean of Florida’s Gulf Coast, this home boasts magnificent views from floor-to-ceiling windows from the living, dining, and bedrooms. Working completely from scratch, the project team created a brand new floorplan layout.
This enabled them to capitalize on the sweeping water views and reflect that dramatic look on the interior. Every room contains bold, curated pieces for a lasting impression and unique materials and finishes create a striking aesthetic. What We Love: The floorplan of this penthouse was once segmented and confusing, but is now open and inviting with a fresh and contemporary look. Playing off the gorgeous ocean views, the color palette is bright with hues of blue and the design incorporates a variety of textures and materials for a truly breathtaking home.
