A modern home with traditional influences, this home was built as an entertaining oasis. Highlights include a sizable pool, outdoor living room, floor-to-ceiling windows and scenic doors (Marvin Signature Ultimate Lift and Slide Door) to connect the indoors to out.
The epitome of luxury living, this home encompasses 7,836 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms along with expansive living spaces and incredible views. Inside, the intelligent floor plan is ideal for family leisure and large gatherings – offering formal and informal spaces that open to the beauty of the exterior grounds with lush landscaping and an outdoor kitchen.
The architectural inspiration for this home finds its roots based in classical English Tudor; the basis for Renaissance architecture. A modern twist on country house and Hampton’s grandeur create this relaxed and elegant Artisan home.

In collaboration with Vivid Interiors, the divine artistic details throughout are presented with a curated approach that is both upscale and welcoming. Elements such as marble mosaics, a waterfall edge quartz countertop, designer wall coverings, and a built-in whiskey bar, bring a modern edge that balances beautifully with organic materials and classic silhouettes.
The Marvin windows are painted in Sherwin Williams Medium Bronze.
The walls are painted in Benjamin Moore Collingwood OC-28, while the trim is Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17.
The ceiling height in this space is 12′.
In the butler’s pantry/kitchen, the custom cabinet color is Sherwin Williams Mount Etna SW7625. This butler’s pantry is “hidden” behind a glass door off the kitchen that is part of a home bar that opens up.
On the door frames, white oak custom-stained in matte sheen to match the floors.
The exterior is stucco, while the roof is cedar shakes. The patio and decks are stamped and stained concrete.
Throughout this home are Marvin Ultimate windows.
A dream for any car collector, this dwelling also includes an attached two-level, four-car attached garage plus a detached garage with storage for up to 10 vehicles.
On the garage facade is a stucco finish with a custom stain on the garage doors.
This covered patio space is 17’4” x 15’6” with retractable Phantom screens.
