This riverfront ranch, designed by Brighton Architectural Group and built by Landmarks West, provides a stunning retreat for outdoor enthusiasts, situated on a 21-acre property just outside Park City, Utah. This dream pad has it all: a yoga studio in a silo, heated horse stables, and 450 feet of private river waters for fly fishing.
The ranch spans acres upon acres of protected open space, featuring seven trophy trout-fed ponds, the Weber River, state-of-the-art equestrian facilities, wellness amenities, and a contemporary ranch residence that pays homage to the farm aesthetic. An agroforestry plan brings sustainable homesteading potential to life. The equestrian facility goes well beyond a standard horse barn, complete with heated stables, a warming room with a fireplace, and extensive gear storage.

The home itself is equal parts architectural showcase and indoor-outdoor sanctuary. Designed to reinterpret agrarian forms in a contemporary light, the two-story wood, steel, and glass residence spans three connected structures and 6,460 square feet of living space. A barn-inspired wing houses the main living areas; a stone-clad silo contains a dedicated yoga studio; and a glass-floored bridge allows water to flow directly beneath, deepening the home’s connection to the surrounding landscape.
