John Lively & Associates in collaboration with Hayes Signature Homes has custom designed this luxurious modern home on a .65 acres lot in Dallas, Texas. From the spa-like bathroom to the custom rift white oak cabinetry, no detail was overlooked. The large first-floor main bedroom suite overlooks the resort-style pool and hot tub in the meticulously landscaped backyard.
The open-concept kitchen and living room flow into the outdoor entertaining space that can be closed off with phantom screens giving you a large screened-in patio. For entertaining, there is also a 300+ bottle wine room and wet bar. There are a total of five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms in this absolutely gorgeous 7,851-square-foot residence.

What We Love: This luxurious modern home provides its inhabitants with clean lines and simplicity of details throughout. We are especially loving the spa-like bathroom, providing a relaxing oasis at the end of a long day. The kitchen is also a spectacular feature with its expansive waterfall island, gorgeous pendants, and custom hood. Overall, the project team did a fabulous job of creating a custom home with exquisite features.
