Sienna Custom Homes Inc. built this one-of-a-kind home, blending Italian Chateau and Transitional Architectural influences, located in the charming town of Castle Rock, Colorado, in the Rocky Mountain foothills. With extensive use of natural stone and wood, ‘Happy Canyon Pavilion’ developed a timeless feel as if it had been situated on the site for hundreds of years.
The structural wood trusses sourced from British Columbia enabled the structure to incorporate a massive gathering space with 45-foot ceilings. The property has an executive home office, a fitness center, an infinity pool with a separate pool house and changing rooms, and a 13-car garage with a separate entertaining space. What We Love About This Home
Designed for both grand entertaining and relaxed everyday living, this home blends luxury with comfort at every turn. From the grand gathering hall and home bar to the wine cellar and resort-style pool terrace, each space transitions seamlessly into the next. We especially love the way natural stone and hand-crafted timber soften the home’s impressive scale, creating interiors that feel warm, inviting, and timeless. The connection between the indoor living spaces and the outdoor terraces, pool house, and fire features elevates this home into an unforgettable mountain sanctuary.
