Designed by MA Studios, this chic, stylish home is nestled in Granby, Colorado, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The dwelling comes complete with a bridge walkway, a window-wrapped sunken living area, and an interior spiral staircase winding toward a third-level loft tower.
Windows throughout strategically let in the quiet of the outdoors. These features lend themselves to a sophisticated take on an enchanting villa, one we fittingly named “Cloudwalk” for its poetic spiral toward the sky — as in music notes floating from a baby grand — and its rising rooflines’ expression of flight amidst a dreamy landscape.

The exterior facade features dark vertical siding, hand-laid stacked stone, and dramatic black-framed glazing, while the interior delivers one breathtaking moment after another. Polished concrete floors, warm wood cabinetry, and a double-sided stone fireplace anchor the open-plan great room, while every detail, from the live-edge mudroom bench to the marble kitchen backsplash, speaks to a sophisticated and deeply considered design sensibility.

What We Love About This Home
From the moment you arrive, Cloudwalk feels like a home designed to rise above the ordinary. The staggered rooflines and angular dark facade make a commanding architectural statement against the snowy Colorado mountains, while inside, the spaces unfold with warmth and quiet sophistication. The black spiral staircase is a showstopper, curving through three levels and flooding the home with light through two stories of glass. We love how the sunken living room creates an intimate gathering space within the larger open plan, and the stacked stone fireplace, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, strikes a balance between cozy and dramatic.
