Bonin Architects has designed this stunning waterfront property, known as East Cove Estate, on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Built on a family-owned lot on Lake Winnipesaukee, this new vacation home was designed to honor the history of the property while providing a place for future generations to gather.

The shingle-style exterior and traditionally detailed interior give the home a classic lake-house feel that is both comfortable and timeless. The layout was carefully planned to support single-level living, with an attached apartment designed to accommodate a future live-in caregiver if needed, a thoughtful touch that ensures the home can support aging in place.

At the heart of the home, a generous open living area provides ample space for family and friends to come together. A corner NanaWall seamlessly connects the kitchen and dining area to a spacious screened porch, blurring the line between indoors and out and making it easy to embrace the warm summer months.

With five bedrooms and a bunkroom, the home offers plenty of flexibility for hosting guests of all ages. A camp-style bathroom off the bunkroom adds a playful and memorable touch that kids will love. Along the shoreline, a new two-slip boathouse and dock provide everything needed to fully enjoy life on the lake.
