This beautiful urban house was designed by Suman Architects in collaboration with Beck Building Company, located in Denver, Colorado. Designed around a central courtyard, once inside the dwelling, you do hear or see anything. It provides the perks of city living yet with plenty of space and privacy.
The central courtyard offers access to all the sides of the home. However, when you are on the upper level, you are reminded of exactly where you are with the peaceful mountain vistas. The private interior courtyard boasts a lovely outdoor space that includes a full outdoor cooking area with plenty of seating, a cozy fire pit, and a tranquil water feature.

On the interior of this home, casual elegance is the theme, creating an ambiance ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Each room features tasteful pops of color, complemented by a unique array of art and accessories, bestowing distinctive character upon every space.
The heart of the home, the kitchen and living areas, showcases a harmonious juxtaposition of rich materials and playful accents, epitomized by walnut cabinetry with an attractive “live edge” bar top on the island.
Highlights of this dwelling include open fireplaces complimented by copper accents, an exquisite floating staircase cascading from the upper to the lower level, and a four-story elevator for accessibility. There are also several lift and slide doors that provide a seamless indoor-outdoor connection that is comfortable and unexpected in an urban setting.
There is a separate wing that gives owners privacy and space from the other areas of the home. The upper level of this home offers unparalleled views from a living space with a wrap-around sofa and fire pit.
