With meticulous attention to detail, this dwelling boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spanning over an impressive 3,150 square feet.
Its open layout lends itself to effortless entertaining, allowing guests to relish in the spectacle of the sun descending over the pristine white sands of Carmel Beach. Additionally, a spacious living room with lofty vaulted ceilings flows harmoniously into the kitchen, while a private guest suite offers sweeping views of the outdoor fire pit and beach beyond.

SeaGlass House is a true testament to contemporary architectural brilliance and proudly stands as a landmark on Scenic Road.
What We Love: The architects did a fabulous job of designing this beach house in Carmel-by-the-Sea to take advantage of the ocean views while creating privacy from the busy street from the front facade. The implementation of frosted glass guard rails and thoughtfully positioned plantings not only serves as a screening mechanism but also adds a sense of depth to the front yard. Their attention to detail has created a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, to create a stunning coastal pad.
