Elizabeth Krueger Design in collaboration with Murray Homes has renovated this beautiful and inviting coastal house located along the idyllic St. Armand’s Canal in Sarasota, Florida. This Spanish / Mediterranean dwelling was originally built in 2000 and transformed into the perfect summer home for a young family from Michigan.
Stripping the home down to the studs allowed for a completely new design to be crafted and implemented. The remodel included all rooms and finishes and transitioned the property into a stunning coastal contemporary retreat, with a new seawall, pool, landscaping, and driveway.

What We Love: The renovation of this Florida coastal house has helped to elevate the interiors to provide a wonderful living environment for its inhabitants. Indoor-outdoor living was maximized throughout to offer light-filled living spaces and a relaxed vibe that is idyllic for a vacation getaway home. Overall, we are loving the soothing color palette and the beautiful kitchen with its large island and exquisite light fixture.
