Note: Take a look at a couple of other fascinating home tours that we have showcased here on One Kindesign in the desert state of Arizona: Impressive glass and steel dwelling immersed in the Sonoran Desert and French farmhouse with a contemporary twist amid the Sonoran Desert.
Above: This well-appointed kitchen boasts Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, two-tone brass and black knobs on the range an exquisite two-toned Rohl faucet over the sink. The waterfall island provides a dramatic feature in this space with its decadent marble that is repeated on the backsplash above the range. To add contrast, the designer selected a black honed quartz marble countertop for the cooking island.
Above: With an open layout, the designer opted to create bold moments to help ground key areas and make them feel like their own space. In the living room, a 12-foot high fireplace feature provides a dramatic focal point to the grand feeling of the soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
