Above: The paint color in the sunroom is Sherwin Williams Big Chill, 7648. This space is located at the front of the home, taking advantage of the peaceful lakeside setting. Lighter tones of Celadon slate was selected for the flooring. Distressed ceiling beams reflect the appearance of driftwood. The focal point of this space is the limestone fireplace, giving much-needed warmth to this space on cooler evenings.
Above: The slip-covered chairs adds a casual feel to this elegant space and a nod to this home’s beachy-vibe. A pair of French doors lead out to a wrap-around porch, a fantastic spot to entertain guests.

Above: In this coastal style kitchen, the counter stools were purchased from Restoration Hardware. Illuminating the island are the Hicks Large Pendants by Thomas O’Brien, from Circa Lighting. Countertops are honed Carrera marble, while the backsplash tile is a glass white subway tile with a beveled edge.
Above: The dining table is from Restoration hardware. Adding a beachy element to this space are rattan side dining chairs along with the slip-covered chairs, Crate & Barrel. The light fixture above the table is the Darlana Linear Suspension by E.F. Chapman for Visual Comfort. The driftwood finished floors adds to the beach aesthetic, as does the 8-inch wide tongue & groove planks on the ceiling. To visually delineate the kitchen and dining spaces, an architectural feature was added to the ceiling with wood beams.
