Printing house converted to elegant and playful New York pad

New American Style-Scott Sanders-01-1 Kindesign

This converted printing house was transformed into a New American Style by interior designer Scott Sanders, located in the West Village of New York. The home features a perfect and sophisticated blend of traditional and contemporary styling, informally elegant and fun, customized to fit the client’s lifestyle. The designer’s ‘New American Style’ is based on the new style of the city of New York, a minimalist box that is dressed in white and influenced by social and environmental connections of the century. Art is a major element that is expressed throughout the interiors, making the spaces feel comfortable with classic design and contemporary spaces stimulated. A mix of iconic and traditional pieces decorates the home, showcasing clean lines, innovative contemporary art and ingenious furniture elements. Soaring ceilings and spacious interiors are defined by bright accented walls and bold accents. What is your favorite feature of this stylish conversion project?
