This 5,400-square-foot residence is spread over two levels and offers plenty of space for family living with its four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. 

From the outside, this home presents an attractive curb appeal that features a brick exterior painted in Seattle Mist 1535 by Benjamin Moore. The dark window accents are painted in Chelsea Gray HC-168 by Benjamin Moore, providing a visually striking contrast that elevates the architectural charm of this dwelling.

The front door, garage doors, and brackets are brimming with character, painted in Rustic Taupe 999 by Benjamin Moore, providing a hint of rustic elegance to the exterior facade.

What We Love: From the exterior facade of this modern Tudor home in Charlotte, you feel an immediate sense of welcome with the warmth of the color palette and material selections. Inside, the living spaces are light and airy with so many beautiful details. We love the design of the staircase with its stunning windows drenching the space with natural light. The covered porch is also a fabulous design, blurring indoor-outdoor boundaries and providing seasonal enjoyment to connect with nature.

ELEGANT LIVING ROOM

This living room presents an effortlessly chic aesthetic with its stone casting around the fireplace, the focal point of this space. Flanking the fireplace are custom chevron slab cabinets that feature elegant white oak tops, painted in Black Beauty 2128-10 by Benjamin Moore.

SOPHISTICATED KITCHEN

The custom cabinets in this kitchen are painted in Ozark Shadows AC-26 by Benjamin Moore. The marble backsplash features an intriguing curved design for that extra wow factor. To balance the cool gray and black tones, the project team introduced inviting wood accents on both the range and the island.

The sliding glass doors encourage you to step outdoors with its seamless indoor-outdoor living. This classic and stylish laundry room features gray floor tiles mixed with white painted cabinets โ€” White Dove OC-17 by Benjamin Moore. The matte black hardware on the cabinetry adds a modern twist.

FUNCTIONAL MUDROOM

The floor in the mudroom features resilient yet inviting tiles that are able to weather any mess with high style. There is plenty of function in this space with the six custom-built cubbies for storage, topped with a walnut bench for warmth. The cubbies are painted in Chelsea Gray HC-168 by Benjamin Moore, elevating the space. There is also a dog feeding station that includes a water bowl filler.

This was a huge miss for me. The very basics of design do not work here. There is a lack of functionality, and lack of form. The new windows on the front do not work, in my opinion, with shape and style of the home. I do love that they used Benjamin Moore paint throughout the home.
