From the warm and inviting exterior facade, we now take you into the interior of this home that is just as stunning — from the dramatic staircase design to the great room with its fantastic indoor-outdoor connection.

ELEGANT LIVING ROOM

This living room presents an effortlessly chic aesthetic with its stone casting around the fireplace, the focal point of this space. Flanking the fireplace are custom chevron slab cabinets that feature elegant white oak tops, painted in Black Beauty 2128-10 by Benjamin Moore.

SOPHISTICATED KITCHEN

The custom cabinets in this kitchen are painted in Ozark Shadows AC-26 by Benjamin Moore. The marble backsplash features an intriguing curved design for that extra wow factor. To balance the cool gray and black tones, the project team introduced inviting wood accents on both the range and the island.

Expansive windows connect you with the beauty of nature in this exquisite dining room. Windows on one side of the room opens to the backyard, while a side window provides a glimpse into the scullery. The sliding glass doors encourage you to step outdoors with its seamless indoor-outdoor living. Infusing this space with warmth are the wooden beams on the ceiling, providing a wonderful contrast to the steel black-framed windows.

FOUR-SEASON PORCH

This all-season screened back porch will bring you plenty of enjoyment throughout the seasons. During the cooler months, the fireplace will help to provide warmth and relaxation. When the weather becomes more idyllic, the sliding glass doors help to connect the interior with the exterior for wonderful entertaining and fresh breezes.

INVITING HOME OFFICE

This idyllic home office features custom-built cabinets and shelves, painted in Chelsea Gray HC-168 by Benjamin Moore. The white oak accents add a touch of sophistication to this space. Adding to the overall aesthetics are large windows that bring in abundant natural light to create an inviting atmosphere to inspire work or study.

DRAMATIC STAIRCASE DESIGN

This impressive staircase features white oak steps and a modern metal railing. The front facade of this dwelling is illuminated by nine large windows that flood the space with natural light.

In this luminous owner’s bedroom, large windows frame idyllic views of the treetops. The ceiling light fixture is the Lido Beach Pendant from Hudson Valley Lighting.

The bathroom embraces a traditional ambiance, featuring dual wooden vanities adorned with brass fixtures. The flooring is white oak hardwood. Adding an elegant touch to this space is the scalloped flush mount ceiling fixture above the freestanding tub.

DREAMY KIDS BUNK BEDROOM

This specially crafted kids’ haven offers a touch of whimsy. The bunk beds were sourced from Restoration Hardware. Each bunk is adorned with charming nautical-style night lights, adding a cozy feel to this space.

EFFICIENT LAUNDRY ROOM

This classic and stylish laundry room features gray floor tiles mixed with white painted cabinets — White Dove OC-17 by Benjamin Moore. The matte black hardware on the cabinetry adds a modern twist.

FUNCTIONAL MUDROOM

The floor in the mudroom features resilient yet inviting tiles that are able to weather any mess with high style. There is plenty of function in this space with the six custom-built cubbies for storage, topped with a walnut bench for warmth. The cubbies are painted in Chelsea Gray HC-168 by Benjamin Moore, elevating the space. There is also a dog feeding station that includes a water bowl filler.
