A charming Mediterranean Villa with gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain

mediterranean villa exterior

Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes designed this charming modern Mediterranean Villa featuring lavish outdoor living areas nestled in the picturesque landscape of Paradise Valley, Arizona. This dwelling was designed for a Midwest family with the intent to tell the story of their Italian heritage and love for history.

Achieving this objective was primarily realized through the rustic charm of rural Mediterranean architecture, characterized by meticulously designed roofs and short spans. A highlight of this dwelling is the way in which it invites you to spend as much time outdoors as you do indoors.

Expansive glass windows and doors welcome an overflow of natural light. Earthy tones, such as the deep russet shade of the drapes and carefully chosen furniture, along with the warmth of the off-white walls, gracefully harmonize with the authentic natural materials, thoughtfully incorporated into both the villa’s architecture and interior design.

Enabling the seamless transfer of groceries and supplies from the adjacent garage, a hidden window conveniently connects the kitchen pantry and laundry room. Moreover, a wall of windows and doors in the kitchen offers a seamless indoor-outdoor connection that Arizona’s inviting climate encourages. The functional space dedicated to cooking is also extended to the back patio, which has an authentic brick pizza oven.
