Rustic lakefront retreat with luxurious details on shores of Lake Keowee

This rustic lakefront retreat is by design-build firm Dillard-Jones Builders, in collaboration with Tribus Design Studio, located in a private cove on the shores of Lake Keowee, in beautiful South Carolina. The Dockside Model is located in the Cliffs Keowee Springs, offering 4,133 square feet of living space, with 2,486 on the main level and 1,647 on the lower level. There are four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a three car garage.

The moment that you enter the drive of the dockside retreat, its causal presence welcomes you to relax and enjoy one of the South’s best lakefront resort communities. The timeless durability of natural stone and stucco embrace the architecture and create a natural warmth and security that is surpassed only by the piece of mind created by knowing that this high-performance home was built to last by one of the Cliff’s preferred builders.

What We Love: This rustic lakefront retreat overlooking Lake Keowee offers beautiful surroundings and an inviting exterior facade. Even though this home offers a spacious layout, it appears unassuming thanks to a descending level going down a hillside. Large windows brings in plenty of natural light, while framing views of the beautiful lake from the back of the home. Inside, there are plenty of luxurious details that feels warm and welcoming. We would love to live in this home, how about you? Readers, what details caught your eye and why in the Comments below!
