Antique home gets beautifully revitalized in the New England countryside

Crisp Architects in collaboration with Stonecrest Builders are responsible for this antique home renovation located in the countryside of Greenwich, Connecticut. This home has great bones, so the architects wanted to preserve its historical charm while updating and expanding to meet the new owner’s lifestyle needs.

The project team began this project by expanding the footprint, raising the ceiling and renovated everything else. In the end, the homeowners got just what they were looking for: A wonderful home.  The homeowner served as her own interior designer, which completed this family jewel. Continue below to see the rest of this gorgeous home tour…

What We Love: This antique home has been completely revamped to offer its inhabitants a warm and welcoming atmosphere decorated with a mix of new and cherished pieces. From exterior to interior, the architects did a fabulous job of reimagining this home to provide beautiful curb appeal and expanded living spaces with a refreshed look. We are loving that this home got a new life with a timeless aesthetic that will be enjoyed for many years to come.
