This beautiful modern lake house was designed by Swan Architecture in collaboration with Streeter & Associates, nestled on White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Filled with small-town charm and big-city attractions, the community is ideally located just outside of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
This project so beautifully demonstrates the confluence of the owners’ admiration for many styles of architecture, including modern, prairie, mountain-modern, and coastal. The process of design is what was required, and celebrated in this case, resulting in an end-built home that both exudes the blended spirits of its occupants in addition to providing air and flexibility in which to continue to evolve.
