This beautiful coastal cottage-style home was designed by ADOR Homes in collaboration with Lenox House Design, located in Minnesota. Traditional in styling this dwelling boasts a 3-car garage as well as classic white shakes, steep gable roofs, stunning windows, and stonework.

The covered entry showcases double columns and double doors as one enters into the dwelling. Additional highlights to the exterior facade include James Hardie Arctic White Timberline, rustic black shingles, custom blend stone, tongue and groove black porch ceiling, and Marvin Integrity windows in black.

What We Love: This coastal cottage-style home offers gorgeous curb appeal that invites guests inside to open and airy living spaces. Inside, wood flooring brings warmth to the beautifully appointed rooms, which were designed to be comfortable and highly durable. We are especially loving the living room with its stacked stone fireplace and cozy furniture layout that is perfect for both lounging and entertaining.

The furnishings were selected by Lennox House Design, with white krypton fabric on the sofa, green velvet chairs, a live edge console table, and a custom cocktail table. Grounding this space, an Antique Turkish rug. The walls are painted in Super White PM-1 | Benjamin Moore.

Thermador appliances were used in this kitchen, including a 30″ Fridge and 30″ Freezer columns, double oven, coffee maker, and two dishwashers. A custom hood features metallic paint applied banding and plaster texture. The backsplash tile is a white 4×12 subway tile. The pendant lights are from Savoy House. The oak floors have a custom stain.
