3. A remodeled Victorian in San Francisco features a custom floating cabinet with a clear walnut and a satin finish. The wood grain is horizontal, lending a more custom look. On the floor, the marble hex tile is called Nero Marquina at Ann Sacks. They are 2 1/2″. A custom LED strip light and mirror detail delivers soft illumination while standing in front of the vanity. The mirror is custom and the dimensions are roughly 4’x6′. It is a piece of unframed mirror, backlit with led strips. Vanity light is the Artemide 2 Square Strip Wall Light. The striking feature wall behind the freestanding tub is the Interceramic “Interglass Shimmer” glass tile – color “daylight”. The tub is the WETstyle “CUBE” BC0801, 60″ x 30″ x 22.5″. The tub filler is Dornbracht – KATA wall-mounted single-lever bath mixer with shower set.

On the floors, integrally colored concrete (Davis Colors) with an acrylic sealer (“Arizona Sealer”). Notice the medicine cabinets are flush with the wall? 12. The floating vanity is a dark-stained walnut veneer. The cabinet is hung with cleats from solid backing in the stud wall. Vanity dimensions are 24″ x 72″ wide. The sconces are the “Tin Square wall sconce”. The counter is white Ceasarstone, while the sink basins are by Duravit and the faucet is Jado. The tile in the shower consists of remnants from a tile shop. The owners used a kit which contained a grid template and mixed the tiles. Walls are painted inOxford White CC-30 | Benjamin Moore.
