This beautiful beach house getaway was renovated by Jennifer Allison Design in collaboration with Builder Boy, located in Southern California. The homeowners wished to change the aesthetic of their home. This complete facelift includes exterior paint, new windows, custom concrete driveway, porch, and paver patio. The end result is a cool California Beach house full of light and places to gather.
Above: The homeowners wanted to have a porch that was inviting, not only to enjoy as a family but also to have gatherings. The design of it is open and easy to access. A stone fire pit takes advantage of the idyllic year-round weather while providing a place for cover during chilly nights or when they just want to gather around a fire to catch up.

A fantastic indoor-outdoor connection has been achieved throughout, bringing this home quintessential California living. An interior palette of coastal hues creates a relaxing atmosphere for living enjoyment. The project team did a fabulous job of creating a serene backyard space that provides the ultimate in entertaining.
