Encompassing 6,000 square feet of living space, this two-story home features a trickling creek and a riding trail. The entrance of this inviting residence sets the tone with its equestrian facilities.
The backdrop is a blanket of evergreen trees, creating an idyllic setting for the dining pavilion, fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. On the interior, design studio ODADA is responsible for the warm and cozy transitional style decorating scheme. The homeowners love their new home, finding thy spend most of their time enjoying the warm and cozy library, open and spacious family room, and loft-like bedrooms.
Above: The comfortably designed living room showcases a beautiful fireplace with a mantle composed of stone. A cozy furniture arrangement facilitates great conversation. The windows make the space feel bright and airy, welcoming nature in.
Above: In the kitchen, the island dimensions are 4’x8′. Custom cabinets feature rift cut oak. The eye-catching glazed backsplash tile was sourced from Morocco.

Above: The stain color on the outside of the barn is Pepperwood, in a semi solid finish, supplied by Cabot. The wood fence is 4′-6″ tall, with 6″ X 6″ posts, and 1″ X 6″ cap, (2) 1″ X 6″ top rails, and 1″ X 6″ inside rails.
