Murphy & Co Design is responsible for the design of this newly built farmhouse, a classic example of modern lake living on beautiful Lake Minnetonka, in Wayazata, Minnesota. Offering mesmerizing views of both the city and Bushaway Bay, this sensational home highlights several wonderful design features. This includes a large wrap-around porch, several lakefront balconies and expansive walls of glass.
There are plenty of idyllic features throughout this home to thoroughly enjoy family living on the lake. On the interior, highlights includes shiplap walls, painted brick fireplaces, reclaimed posts, interior shuttered openings, and even a gigantic Hoosier inspired ice-box. On the lakeshore, a historic fieldstone boathouse will be renovated to compliment it’s beautiful new surroundings.
