This stunning modern farmhouse design is the work of Solitude Homes in collaboration with Boise Hunter Homes, located in Dry Creek Ranch, Boise, Idaho. Dry Creek Ranch is a farm to table community, nestled perfectly between a thriving city, Boise, and the tranquility of rural living. Encompassing 3,541 square feet of living space this stylishly decorated dwelling boasts four bedrooms, three-and-half bathrooms.

The design of this home will take your breath away around every corner. The project team was successful in creating an abundance of innovative and unique ceiling and wall accents. This home features all of the latest trends in Modern Farm House design. Inside and out you will find custom carpentry details and a variety of wood and textures. Very nice. Could I get the information on the subway tile for the kitchen and where to purchase it? There is so many like this but I haven’t found just the right one yet. Ty!

Cody Weight, owner of Solitude Homes built our home. Our balcony is actually pulling away(levering) from the structure. He came out to inspect the issue and agreed to fix the poor workmanship. He then went back on his word and refused to fix the problem. With the recent earthquake the issue is now a hazard and has damaged our patio with multiple cracks. The cost of the patio alone is over $8,000. We had a structural engineer inspect and it was determined to be the builder at fault. Very, very nice but the neighborhood has houses squeezed on tiny lots, the bane of newer subdivisions.

Love the emerald green. It’s the newest color of the year, and sporadically used throughout the other rooms. Can you share the name of the wall paint color and the other paint color used on the kitchen cabinets? Thank you!

Hi Caroline, for the perimeter cabinets, the builder said it was a custom color by the cabinet designer. A close match would be Repose Gray from Sherwin Williams (SW7015). The wall color was not listed, however best guess is Pure White SW 7005. Hope this helps!

Is the green used on the laundry room cabinets the same as the kitchen? It may just be the lighting but they look to be a shade or two lighter? Also, do you know the name of the black and green motif tile used in the bathroom that also has the green cabinets? Thank you!

Beautiful home, but think long and hard about putting a large sink in the center of a kitchen island, unless the island is extremely large. The sink breaks up your most valuable prep space and you end up with two smaller areas on which to work.
