This transitional style dream home was designed by Lecy Bros Homes & Remodeling in collaboration with DESIGNS! – Susan Hoffman Interior Designs, located in Wayzata, a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The residence encompasses 6,500 square feet of living space, featuring beautifully designed interiors. The design team has given this home great attention to detail, focusing on stylish furnishings and accessories and eye-catching finishes throughout.
The sofas in the living room are from Hickory Chair, $6,500 each. The ottoman is from Stanford, covered with Colfax and Fowler fabric. The wall paint color and the fireplace mantel is Briarwood PM-32 | Benjamin Moore, while the trim is China White PM-20 | Benjamin Moore. The cabinetry color is Bear Creek 1470 | Benjamin Moore and is illuminated with LED rope lighting. On the dark walnut floor is a wool carpet with serged edges, from Unique Carpets.
The fireplace stone is manufactured by Twin City Brick, it is an Indiana limestone called “Colter Pass”. The fireplace dimensions are: 8.5 ft wide x 2 ft deep x 11 ft high. The ceiling height is 16′-9″. The ceiling beams are 8″ wide by 10″ and the stain is dark walnut. The manufacturer of the windows is Anderson. The overall dimensions of the living room is 19′-5″ x 21′.
