This contemporary home was designed by Northworks Architects + Planners, located in Lake Geneva, a resort city on Geneva Lake in southeastern Wisconsin. This newly designed residence and boathouse are nestled atop a steeply sloping site, more than 140-feet above the lakeshore, overlooking Lake Geneva. The modern cabin structures were meticulously constructed to serve as a gateway to the magnificent lake and surrounding landscape.

Each level of this home is tiered to follow the grade of the site and outdoor spaces have been created to compliment each level. There is a gathering space off the main level, with a more secluded balcony perched off the second level. There is a covered, three-season room just off the walkout basement. The three-season room opens out to the swimming pool terrace.

This procession continues down a series of steps to the lake, where a beautiful boathouse awaits. The boathouse consists of 400-square feet, featuring barn doors that opens out to a small, existing beach area.
