This fabulous single-family, mid-century modern home was designed by Van Parys Architecture + Design, located in Westlake Village, California. Ideally nestled on a lakefront property, this home was originally built in 1976 and was in need of a major overhaul. The interior reflects a color palette of black and white. The design team added gold accents throughout, accentuating a glam element. Distressed light oak wood flooring was used throughout the home, ensuring a light, bright and airy feel to the spaces.

What We Love: This mid-century modern home features luminous interior living spaces that are warm and welcoming. Spread out over two levels, a spacious floor plan allows the main living spaces to be separated from the private spaces. Loving the black and white color scheme with gold accents, it really gives this home a glamorous touch.
