The talented studio of BDA Architecture was responsible for the design and development of this stunning two-story riverfront residence located in Broadbeach Waters, Queensland, Australia. The architects designed this private home for clients who requested to have a resort style lifestyle that caters to relaxed, easy living. Sliding glass panels creates a seamless connection between indoors and out, allowing its inhabitants to enjoy fresh breezes and additional spaces for entertaining guests. Wide overhangs on the exterior facade helps to shade the interiors from the sun as well as the outdoor patio spaces. Adjustable window louvre screens allows for privacy, sun control and security. The design incorporates a mixture of natural materials which creates a nice layering of textures and beautiful aesthetics. The outdoor property features lush landscaping, expansive outdoor living spaces and a sizable swimming pool to enjoy during the warm summer months.
Inside the Nerang River property, you will discover double height, soaring ceilings in the living room, as well as floor-to-ceiling glass windows, drenching the interiors with natural light. An open plan from living room to dining room creates a nice flow from one space to the next, creating harmony. Outdoor terraces offers breathtaking views out to the riverfront, the perfect spot to relax on sun loungers and sip on a glass of wine as you watch boats travel by and heavenly sunsets.
