David Charlez Designs in collaboration with Sustainable 9 Design has reimagined this mid-century modern home that features the Minnehaha Creek trickling through the backyard in Chowen Park, Edina, Minnesota. Nestled on a stunning 0.54-acre property, this home was taken down to the studs and features a contemporary metal standing-seam roof, full wet bar, entertainment room (with a walkout to a large pool with sweeping views of the creek) a new chef’s kitchen with walnut Crystal Cabinetry throughout, new windows, new HVAC, new plumbing, and new electrical.

Encompassing 4,570 square feet of living space, there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms along with a three-car garage.

What We Love: This mid-century modern home remodel features an abundance of warmth and natural light throughout. A striking modern kitchen, living, and dining area provide a comfortable respite for the owners of this home.
