On the shores of Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota, a mountain-modern home was beautifully built by City Homes, making the most of a compact lot. The 5,100-square-foot lakefront residence encompasses four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a striking 16-foot-tall sport court, all within a surprisingly small footprint. Every detail, inside and out, reflects City Homes’ signature mountain-modern style, from the architecture down to the finishes.

Inside this fabulous dwelling, you will find plenty of eye-catching details, including a custom-crafted steel stringer open staircase with cable rails, steel posts, and 3.5-inch-thick wide oak stair treads. On the main level, Marvin Bi-Fold Doors help to extend the living area into the Phantom screened-in porch, blurring the boundaries between indoors and out.
