Nestled on one of Nantucket’s most enviable sites, this fabulous dwelling embraces an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Gorgeously landscaped exterior spaces connect a spacious guest house to the modern, inviting harbor front main house, creating a sense of both connectivity and privacy for the homeowners and their guests.

This home is an excellent example of place-based design, with significantly varying elevations informing its site plan. The main house, at beach level, is connected to the street-level guest house by a series of beautifully landscaped paths and a winding driveway, both with easy access to the pool and a series of terraces that cleverly conceal the main house’s elevation, a new, more stringent FEMA requirement.
