XTEN Architecture, with Boswell Construction, created this spectacular modern home in the luxurious Trousdale Estates, a neighborhood in Beverly Hills, California. Nestled on a 33,000-square-foot lot in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, this epic home features walls of glass that disappear, blurring the line between indoors and out.
Highlights of this 10,000-square-foot pad include a zero-edge pool and spa, separated by over 80 feet of Fleetwood pocketing sliders transitioning seamlessly from indoors to out.
This property also includes four cabana suites to host overnight guests, each with walls of glass opening to the grounds and pool beyond. Attached staff quarters keep this home in optimal shape for entertaining. Offering the ultimate in privacy, the residence is hidden behind discreet gates, with a large motor court and ample off-street parking.
