This contemporary farmhouse-style residence was designed by P2 Design in collaboration with Structure Home, nestled on a desirable creekside property in Brentwood, California. The property consists of a main house spread out over two levels along with a full guest home that has a casual, contemporary farmhouse aesthetic and vibe.
The main residence encompasses 4,178 square feet with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath that offers thoughtful touches that accentuate the home’s overall classic finishes. The owner’s bedroom opens to a large balcony that provides sweeping views over the backyard which is accented by mature bamboo and palms.

Additional highlights of this dwelling include European white oak flooring, recessed lighting, a built-in speaker system, a two-car garage, and a fabulous laundry room with a pair of Samsung washers and dryers.
The bedroom suite on the first level has a private entrance that makes it idyllic for overnight guests. An open-layout kitchen boasts Calacatta marble countertops, Wolf appliances, wine storage, dual sinks and dishwashers, and a walk-in butler’s pantry.
The property features a sparkling swimming pool and spa along with a beautifully manicured lawn, a large deck, and spacious patio areas.
What We Love: This warm and inviting home is surrounded by lush landscaping and a desirable creek for a relaxed living experience. Luminous interiors can be found throughout thanks to large windows, crisp white walls, and an open floor plan. The loggia is accessed through bi-fold doors by La Cantina and opens fully for year-round alfresco dining on the terrace. This wonderful outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, with an outdoor fireplace for warmth and ambiance.
