John Siemering Homes was commissioned for the design of this spectacular modern farmhouse nestled in the rural town of Dripping Springs, a city in Hays County, Texas. This vibrant town is set just 25 miles west of Austin and is known as the gateway to the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
This expansive home features a mixed exterior design showcasing limestone paired together with board and batten cedar siding, Douglas fir columns, and a metal and concrete tile roof. The combination of these materials adds to the rustic yet modern aesthetic of the residence, blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
What We Love: This farmhouse-style home offers warm and inviting living spaces. We especially love the living room, with its soaring ceilings, wood ceiling trusses, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and striking chandeliers. Furnishings and accessories add comfort and personality throughout. Outside, an expansive patio offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining.
